This project customized by our Jiutian Company for a Russian client, utilizes apple pomace and grape pomace for resource recovery, achieving efficient waste conversion through specialized drying equipment. The equipment is adaptable to the characteristics of both materials; dried apple pomace can be used as feed.
Dried apple pomace is rich in nutrients and easily absorbed, retaining dietary fiber, pectin, and various vitamins, improving livestock digestibility and supplementing nutritional gaps in conventional feed. As a reuse of agricultural processing waste, it boasts low raw material acquisition costs, significantly reducing raw material input costs for feed production, resulting in a significant cost advantage. The dried pomace has a moisture content ≤10%, is less prone to mold and rot, can be stored for a long time, and its reduced volume facilitates storage and transportation, lowering transportation costs by over 30%.
The dryer employs a multi-layer drum structure, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 85%, reducing energy consumption by 20% compared to traditional equipment; it is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system for precise temperature control during drying. The equipment can process 1-10 tons per hour, and the moisture content of the dried material is stable at below 10%, which facilitates storage and transportation, helping customers achieve the triple goals of waste resource utilization, environmental protection, and economic benefits.
