Recently, the Shanxi Fenyang coal slime drying project officially commenced production, marking a new stage in the comprehensive utilization of local coal resources. The core equipment of the project is the JTMG-2522 coal slime dryer, with a daily processing capacity of 800 tons of coal slime, reducing the raw material moisture content from 25% to 18%, significantly improving the utilization value of the coal slime.
The production line configuration includes a feeding system, drying host, hot air furnace, dust removal device, and discharge system, achieving automated continuous operation. The JTMG-2522 dryer adopts advanced hot air drying technology, offering advantages such as high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, and easy maintenance. Its unique drum design ensures uniform drying of the coal slime, significantly increasing its calorific value, allowing it to be directly used for direct combustion or blending, reducing fuel costs for enterprises.
Shanxi is rich in coal resources, but coal slime, as a by-product of coal washing, has long faced utilization challenges due to its high moisture content and viscosity. The commissioning of this project effectively solves the coal slime treatment dilemma, bringing significant economic benefits to enterprises. It is estimated that after the project is put into operation, the company's annual revenue can increase by several million yuan, while reducing environmental pressure and realizing resource utilization and high-value reuse, setting an example for the green development of Shanxi's coal industry.
