The coking coal slime drying project in Neryungri, Russia, has successfully completed full commissioning and entered official production. The project utilizes two DLMG-3640 specialized rotary drum dryers, characterized by stable operation and a high degree of automation. Coking coal slime is notoriously difficult to dry using conventional equipment due to its fine particle size, high moisture content, and strong adhesiveness, which make it prone to agglomeration. Our custom-designed drum dryers feature anti-sticking and material-breaking mechanisms that effectively eliminate agglomeration and uneven drying, ensuring consistent product quality.
The production line operates smoothly. It boasts a total raw material processing capacity of 170 ± 10 tons per hour, reducing the moisture content of the coal slime from 30 ± 2% to below 12%, with a stable finished product output of 135 ± 13.5 tons per hour—fully meeting the client's large-scale production requirements. The entire line is equipped with a two-stage dust removal system that complies with local environmental emission standards and has successfully passed environmental inspections. We have numerous established projects currently in operation across regions such as Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Guizhou in China, and we warmly welcome clients to visit these sites for on-site inspections.
