Located in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, this project was invested in and constructed by a local coal preparation enterprise. It utilizes the Zhengzhou Jiutian DLMG2825 coal slime dryer to centrally process wet coal slime from the pressure filtration workshop, thereby enabling the resource utilization of the material. The project's completion and operation effectively address issues such as high moisture content, storage and transportation difficulties, and low market value associated with coal slime. It serves as a prime example of local coal slime resource utilization and creates an industrial cluster effect alongside other existing coal slime drying projects in the Shuozhou area.
The DLMG2825 coal slime dryer features a rotary drum structure equipped with a breaking-and-feeding mechanism and an enhanced lifting flight system, effectively handling the challenges of high viscosity and agglomeration tendencies inherent in coal slime. After a single drying pass, the moisture content of the input material (initially 30%) can be stably reduced to below 13%, with a processing capacity reaching 42 tons per hour.
