The coal slime drying project in Huangling, Shaanxi has been fully commissioned and put into formal operation. Equipped with 2 sets of JTMG-3632 rotary dryers, the project features a hourly processing capacity of 80 tons, reducing coal slime moisture content from ≤30% to ≤15%.
Local coal slime features high moisture and large output, which cannot be efficiently treated by traditional processes for large-scale continuous production. Targeting on-site material characteristics, Zhengzhou Jiutian adopted a professional dual-line collaborative drying solution. The two production lines support both independent and synchronous operation with optimized process layout and control system, ensuring stable and high-efficiency continuous production. Supported by a matched secondary dust removal system, the whole production process meets national environmental protection standards and has passed EIA approval.
This project effectively realizes harmless treatment and resource recycling of coal slime. Zhengzhou Jiutian has delivered numerous mature drying projects in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou and other regions, providing reliable and high-performance drying equipment and solutions for coal solid waste utilization.
