Based on the current state of Jordan's wood processing industry and the need for resource recycling, we customized a waste wood drying line for our client. This line aims to transform previously unused waste wood into a high-value, renewable resource through efficient drying technology.
The core equipment of this line utilizes an intelligent temperature-controlled drying system that precisely regulates temperature, humidity, and air speed. This system achieves uniform drying of commonly found local waste wood chips, wood scraps, and waste wood. This system not only quickly removes excess moisture from the raw material (maintaining a stable moisture content of 12%-15% after drying), but also maximizes the integrity of the wood fiber structure, preventing cracking and deformation, and laying a high-quality foundation for subsequent further processing. From a practical perspective, dried waste wood has two key applications: first, processing it into biomass pellet fuel. This fuel boasts a combustion efficiency exceeding 85% and emits significantly less carbon than traditional fossil fuels. This fuel meets Jordan's need for clean energy and can be widely supplied to power plants, factory boilers, and home heating systems, helping to reduce reliance on imported energy. Second, it can be used to press wood pallets. The dried wood has a uniform density and stable mechanical properties, resulting in strong load-bearing capacity and resistance to mold. This meets the high packaging and transportation standards of Jordan's logistics, chemical, and agricultural product export industries. Furthermore, compared to virgin wood, the cost is over 30% lower, significantly enhancing market competitiveness.
Furthermore, the entire production line features a modular design, allowing flexible capacity adjustments based on raw material supply (supporting an output of 1-5 tons per hour). It is equipped with dust collection and exhaust gas treatment systems to comply with Jordanian environmental regulations. From waste wood recycling and drying to finished product processing, this complete resource cycle addresses the environmental challenges of local waste wood accumulation while generating sustainable and stable economic returns for customers, making it a high-quality investment option that balances environmental protection and profitability.
