Jiutian Machinery has completed installation and commissioning of a large-scale white wine grain drying facility manufactured for a customer in Suqian, Jiangsu, and is now operational. This integrated drying and packaging line can process wet wine grains with an initial moisture content of approximately 65%, with a daily drying capacity of 400 tons. The finished product moisture content is precisely controlled to below 10%, meeting standards for deep-processing and storage of feed.
The equipment integrates a hot air furnace, dryer, packaging machine, intelligent electrical control system, and multi-stage dust removal modules. Spiral scrapers and a cleaning device within the drum work together to prevent material sticking and create a uniform curtain. The drying process is completed in 3-5 minutes, supporting 24-hour continuous operation and featuring a high degree of mechanization and simple operation.
This equipment utilizes waste heat recovery technology to reduce energy consumption, reducing the per-ton processing cost by 40% compared to traditional air-drying. After drying, the wine grains retain over 90% protein, making them a high-quality feed ingredient. The accompanying exhaust gas treatment system ensures standard emissions, helping the company establish a circular economy model.
