A sweet potato residue drying project in Sinan, Guizhou, has recently been completed and put into operation. Equipped with DLSG3610-3 and DLSG3010-3 drying systems, the facility achieves a stable processing capacity of 260 tons of raw material per day, effectively addressing the challenge of managing by-products from sweet potato processing.
Sweet potato residue has a high moisture content and is prone to rapid spoilage, making storage and transport difficult; improper disposal or haphazard piling can easily lead to environmental pollution. This drying system is specifically engineered for the high-moisture, highly viscous nature of sweet potato residue. It can process raw material with a moisture content of up to 70%, reducing it to a stable level of 13% or less. The dried residue is resistant to mold and can be repurposed—for instance, as an ingredient for livestock and poultry feed or as a biomass resource—thereby extending the sweet potato industry chain and increasing the value-added potential of agricultural products.
The entire drying production line features a high degree of automation, stable operation, and excellent thermal efficiency. Designed for continuous, long-term use, it meets the high-volume, sustained production requirements of root-crop processing enterprises. It helps clients reduce waste disposal costs and transforms waste into a valuable resource, delivering both environmental and economic benefits.
Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the project’s operational status and provide comprehensive after-sales technical support. Leveraging our mature solid-waste drying technology, we aim to offer customized drying solutions to more agro-processing enterprises, contributing to the high-quality development of the agricultural waste recycling industry.
