The sawdust drying project purchased by a Malaysian customer recently commenced operation. This project focuses on the efficient utilization of local forestry resources and fills a regional gap in high-quality dried sawdust production. The project's core equipment utilizes a new closed-loop sawdust dryer with a designed hourly capacity of 8 tons. It can process fresh wood chips with a moisture content of 35%-50%, maintaining a stable moisture content of 12%-15% in the finished product after drying, meeting the core needs of downstream industries such as biomass fuel and wood-based panels.

Equipped with a waste heat recovery system and an intelligent temperature control module, the equipment reduces energy consumption by over 22% compared to traditional drying equipment, saving approximately 12 cubic meters of natural gas per hour and reducing carbon emissions by over 800 tons annually, aligning with Malaysia's "Green Industry" development plan. Furthermore, the equipment utilizes fully automated loading, drying, and unloading processes, requiring only two operators for continuous production, significantly reducing labor costs. The project achieved full capacity in its first month of operation, and its products are exported to Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore and Thailand, in addition to supplying the local market.
