Recently, a large-scale brewer's grains drying production line designed and built by Zhengzhou Jiutian Machinery officially passed acceptance and began operation in Chile. This production line utilizes efficient dehydration and comprehensive heat energy utilization technology, capable of drying wet brewer's grains with an initial moisture content exceeding 75% to a safe storage moisture content of less than 12% in a single pass. It has a daily processing capacity of over 140 tons, producing high-quality feed ingredients with a protein content as high as 28%. Since its commissioning, the equipment has operated stably with zero malfunctions, not only solving the problem of easy spoilage and environmental pollution from brewing byproducts in Chile, but also realizing the resource-based transformation of waste residue into high-value-added feed.
