Sludge dryer is suitable for municipal sludge drying. The drying treatment of sludge makes it possible for sludge to be used in agriculture, as fuel, incineration and even to reduce landfill sites.

Sludge dryer is a special sludge drying equipment specially developed and designed by our factory for materials such as sludge with high moisture, high viscosity, high water holding capacity and low calorific value. Sludge with a water content of about 80% can be dried to the finished product at one time. We have made a special design on the internal structure of the dryer cylinder, which not only improves the thermal efficiency, but also effectively avoids the sludge sticking and excessive drying in the dryer.

The sludge dryer is mainly composed of an induced draft fan, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeder, a rotary drum, a heat source, a belt discharger, an unloader and a power distribution cabinet. Therefore, the working area of the single-channel sludge dryer consists of a discharge area, an inclined lifting plate area, a cleaning area, and a material guide area.
